How Orca works, and how we’re paid.
What Orca does
You answer a short set of questions about how your company works. We review your answers ourselves against the AI data programmes we cover and tell you which suits your company best, why, and any alternatives worth knowing about. If you want to go ahead, we act for you: we handle the terms and paperwork, and push back where there’s room. We tell you plainly when nothing fits.
How we’re paid
The check and our recommendation are free. If you go ahead, we charge a success fee only if a deal closes, agreed with you in writing before anything starts. Some programmes also pay Orca a referral fee when a company we introduce joins; we tell you if that applies before you agree anything. Neither fee decides what we recommend.
Who decides
Programmes make their own decisions on eligibility, scope and terms. A recommendation from Orca is an initial indication, not acceptance, and Orca doesn’t set the price.
What we share
Nothing goes to any programme unless you tell us to go ahead, and we tell you exactly what is shared before we share it.
Independence
Orca is independent. We are not part of, or owned by, any AI data programme or lab, and no programme has paid to be recommended.
Programme names
We name a programme in our recommendation to you. We don’t use programmes’ names or logos on this site unless they’ve agreed to it, and naming one doesn’t mean it endorses Orca.
